Damage Waiver

Damage Waiver – 10%

Damage Waiver is charged at 10% of the total plant hire rate.

If selected, Damage Waiver covers accidental damage to hired plant, subject to the exclusions below.

Customers are not required to take Damage Waiver. If it is declined, the customer is responsible for 100% of repair costs for damage occurring during the hire period.

Damage Waiver Does Not Cover

The waiver is void and the customer remains liable for the full cost of loss or damage wherePlant is lost or stolen.

Damage results from abuse, misuse, neglect or deliberate damage.

Plant is operated by an unauthorised or incompetent person.

Plant is used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed.

Plant continues to be used after a fault, warning light or defect becomes apparent.

Damage is caused by incorrect fuel, oil, AdBlue or other fluids.

Damage results from a breach of the Hire Agreement.

Items Not Covered

Damage Waiver does not cover:

Tyre punctures, cuts or irreparable tyre damage.

Track damage caused by misuse or unsuitable ground conditions.

Broken windows, windscreens, mirrors or lights.

Hydraulic pipes, hoses or couplings damaged through misuse, impact or external damage.

Third-party liability, personal injury or third-party property damage.
